Many of our Management Development programmes are tailored to your specific needs.
Our experience shows a modular approach works best, a series of one or two day sessions with 3-4 weeks between sessions.
This allows...
- Delegates to work on action plans between sessions - so they implement learning from one session, then build in more actions as each session progresses.
- At each module the trainer reviews implemented actions with the group and supports and challenges to maximise transfer of learning into the workplace.
- We often work with an organisation to set up projects which cross functional teams of delegates design and implement alongside attending the training modules. This allows you to identify 'measurable results' and impact on the bottom line results.
- On completion of the modules delegates 'present' their learning and actions implemented to the Senior Management team - this raises the profile of delegates, encourages them to step up and take responsibility for action and demonstrates return on investment to the senior management team.
All of our courses can be part of a management development programme - we also regularly deliver these workshops as standalone courses
